Site Supervisor - A Key Role in a Caring School Community
Location: Bacup
Hours: 7am until 10am - 14:30 until 17:30

We're working with a warm and welcoming Primary school that's looking for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a vital role where you'll help ensure the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained - making a real difference to the daily lives of staff and pupils.

What you'll be doing:

Opening and securing the school site each day
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
Keeping the grounds safe and tidy
Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance
Liaising with contractors and suppliers when needed
Being a friendly and approachable presence around the school

What we're looking for:

Someone reliable, hands-on and proud of their work
Previous experience in a similar role (school experience is a bonus but not essential)
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.
