We are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor for our client’s electrical division. This is for a well-established company supporting the launch of a new electrical division in the midlands area.

Below is a brief outline of the role:

Preferably have a minimum two years’ experience of working as an Operations Supervisor, ideally experience as a qualifying supervisor and must have been in a similar role recently.

A proven background in a similar role or as a Operations Supervisor working in commercial and industrial electrical installations, test & inspecting. You would report directly into the divisional manager.

Hold appropriate qualifications to undertake the role such as:

* C&G 18th Edition IET Regulations BS7671

* C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection

* C&G 2360 Pt. 1 & Pt. 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

* ECS/CSCS card

Additional desired qualifications:

* SMSTS

* SSSTS

* NEBOSH

Working locations for Operations Supervisor will be the Midlands towns and cities.

This will be a hybrid office/home role. Office will be sited in Olbury Birmingham.

Salary banding = £42k - £50k depending on experience + car allowance
