Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Dartford
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (rising to £55,000 – £60,000 upon Ofsted registration)
A brand-new 3-bed children's home is ready to open its doors, all that’s missing is a dedicated Registered Manager to lead and launch the service. Located opposite a large park in a family-friendly area, this home will support young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), ADHD, Autism (ASD), and a history of mental health challenges.

Key Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*
Previous Ofsted report with a minimum “Good” rating
*
Sound understanding of Children’s Home Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted frameworks including Reg 44 & 45
*
Experience supporting children with EBD, ASD, ADHD and mental health needs
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and multi-agency working
*
Confident in managing referrals, care planning, risk assessments and leading inspections
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
