A national Construction Consultancy with a strong Building Surveying division is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor with a project biased background to join their Bristol office.

The Associate Building Surveyor’s role

Working alongside a Partner, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will take the lead on public sector projects, delivering a full scope of work including surveying, project management, and contract administration.

Alongside project work, the new Associate Building Surveyor will network and look for new business opportunities, whilst also servicing current clients and becoming their key contact.

The Associate Building Surveyor

* MRICS

* Consultancy experience

* Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects

* Good communication and client facing skills

* Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge

* An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
