IT Administrator | Birmingham - Manchester | £30k | 1 year Fixed Term 
 
In order to strengthen their digital team and advance their digital journey, our client is looking for a IT Administrator to come on board.  This role is an opportunity to start your career in tech and an opportunity in the future to move into IT operations, Business Systems and Systems Admin.
 
As a IT Administrator, you will work with the client's various digital platforms to deliver consistent, excellent service to its groups and regions, while supporting staff across all platforms.
 
This is a fantastic chance for an enthusiastic and self-driven person, to work for a company which uses tech for manufacturing and engineering across over 20 sites in the UK.

About the role:

Dealing with IT tickets until resolved, updated and closed.
Producing thorough instructions and training materials for users of all skill levels
Supporting the use of Agile methodologies for the deployment of projects, changes, and features.
Some domestic travel is required to attend meetings and support projects, but this is not a significant part of the role.
About you:

IT literate with fundamental problem-solving abilities
Experience making training videos and understanding how to do it
Fundamental knowledge of hosting, databases, and websites.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
