Deputy Ward Manager (RMN)

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) ready to step into a Deputy Ward Manager role within a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, supporting service users with acute mental health needs and contributing to the clinical and operational development of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and manage the quality of patient care and clinical services
Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care team
Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve clinical targets and uphold high standards of care
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, and quality standards
Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and lead on direct patient care when requiredRequirements
NMC Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience
Strong clinical, mentoring, and leadership skillsDesirable:
