What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work etc.)

A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning

Good communication skills and a can-do attitude

Flexibility to work across Early Years, KS1 or KS2

Your Role May Include:

Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons

Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils needing extra help

Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management

Encouraging positive learning environments and inclusion for all pupils
