Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive

Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Competitive basic salary + commission
OTE: £30,000 – £40,000
Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our Cheltenham dealership. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motorcycles and customer service, looking to build a long-term career in motorcycle sales. Full training is provided; however, a full UK motorcycle licence is essential for this position.

You will be trained to manage the full motorcycle sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers into the showroom and understanding their riding needs

Presenting new and used motorcycles confidently and accurately

*

Arranging and carrying out customer test rides

*

Explaining specifications, accessories, clothing, and upgrade options

*

Managing enquiries face-to-face, online, and over the phone

*

Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business

*

Learning and adhering to FCA, finance, insurance, and compliance processes

*

Supporting showroom presentation and stock displays

*

Working towards and achieving individual and team sales targets

Essential Requirements

*

Full UK motorcycle licence (required – essential)

*

Confident and professional communication skills

*

Genuine interest in motorcycles and the motorcycling lifestyle

*

Target-driven with a desire to earn commission

*

Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused

*

Willingness to work weekends on a rota

Desirable (Not Essential)

*

Previous sales or customer service experience

*

Experience within the motorcycle or automotive industry
