Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Kendal, is looking to recruit an experienced Powder Coater to join their team on a day shift basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality powder coating work, ensuring finishes meet client and industry standards. This includes:

* Preparing and coating a variety of metal components.

* Setting up and operating powder coating equipment.

* Quality checking finished products.

* Working to production deadlines while maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in powder coating within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Hours & Benefits

* Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.

* Overtime available.
