PE Global is recruiting Material Handlers on behalf of a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. These roles are based on-site in Swindon, UK, working 40.25 hours per week on a 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off shift rotation (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00). The position offers an hourly rate of £13.90 and is available to start ASAP on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension and eventual permanent hire. This is a fully on-site position with no home working options.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver materials to manufacturing and packaging lines according to production schedules.

* Remove and store or dispose of excess packaging materials.

* Pick up, transfer, and shrink-wrap pallets of finished products.

* Accurately complete documentation for all material movements.

* Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP, MHRA regulations, and internal SOPs.

* Keep workspaces clean, organised, and ready for audits.

* Follow manual handling and safety procedures.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Report any hazards, deviations, or non-conformances.

* Work collaboratively with key internal departments to support operational flow.

? Requirements:

* Experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

* Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE desirable), MS Office, and inventory processes.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
