Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum across various year groups.

* Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching needs.

* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.

* Assess and support pupil progress as required.

* Work collaboratively with school staff and follow policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage pupils effectively.

* A flexible and proactive approach, with the confidence to teach across different year groups.

* A passion for supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
