You would be joining a high-performance team, ensuring the state-of-the-art production facility runs seamlessly. Your Role:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our operations running efficiently by carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of high-speed production machinery. Key responsibilities include:

* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.

* Conducting PPM schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

* Troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled systems, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

* Working proactively to improve processes and reliability across the site.

* CMMS understanding

To thrive in this role, you should have:

* A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.

* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).

* Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.

* The ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues.

* Familiarity with automated production systems and modern maintenance techniques
