The Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
*
Foster a positive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed
*
Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure every child is supported and challenged appropriately
*
Collaborate closely with your year group partner and the wider KS1 team
*
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school relationships
*
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1
*
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning development
*
Excellent classroom management and high expectations for all pupils
*
A nurturing, reflective, and creative approach to teaching
*
A commitment to inclusive education and supporting every learner to achieve their best
