Teacher Needed - Southend on Sea, Essex

Strategy Education are recruiting for a Teacher with QTS to work in a classroom of a primary school in the Southend-on-Sea area of Essex.

The successful Teacher will plan and deliver lessons, manage the classroom, support students' learning and development, assess progress, and communicate with parents and colleagues. The opportunity for full time or part time roles are available for this Teacher role, which is paid to the scale of England & Wales.

The permanent role will be for a September 2025 start. The school has good transport links and is in a caring, friendly and nurturing environment. Parking is available on site.

Applications from 2025 Early Career Teachers, main pay scale teachers and upper pay scale teachers are welcome. This is a full time role, however applications from teachers wishing to work part-time are welcome to apply as job shares will be considered for the right teachers. We are also open to teachers who can work in either KS1 or KS2.

Teachers working in primary schools will be:

Planning and delivering lessons

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assessing and monitoring children’s progress

Managing classroom behaviour

Communicating with parents and guardians

Collaborating with colleagues and school staff
