Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
Managing the customer ticket queue
Handling online quotations and orders
Inputting orders into the system
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver an excellent customer experience
Troubleshooting delivery issues
Assisting the team with other administrative duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will:
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Have at least 1 year of experience in an office-based role
Thrive in a high-pressure environment
