Lecturer and Programme Lead – Plumbing – PERM JOB

* Salary - £31375 to £40912

* Holidays 48 plus bank holidays

* Pension – reacher pension 28.68% employer contribution

* Quals – Level 3 in Plumbing as a minimum, Level 2 in Maths and English

* Teaching Qual – we will support the person to do their Level 5 Diploma in Education if they don't already have it.

* DBS – enhanced child workforce – if you have someone without one we would consider only as a last resort, we would need to find a chaperone.

Role:

Must have 3 years hands-on plumbing experience and be qualified as a Plumber to level 3. I reckon most people will have more than 3 years. They don’t have to have prior experience teaching as we can put them through the teaching qual. But a keen interest in working with young people, maybe some mentoring, training or having apprentices under their wing in industry will stand them in good stead (but again it’s more about the right behaviours)
