The Role

You'll be working alongside a team of expert planners and consultants on a wide range of planning projects, taking ownership of applications, appeals, site appraisals, and strategic advice for clients. This role offers clear progression, client exposure from day one, and the chance to work on projects that genuinely shape the future of the region.

About You

MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)

2+ years' experience in planning - private consultancy or local authority background

Confident communicator with strong report writing and presentation skills

Commercial awareness and client-facing ability

A genuine passion for planning and development, and a desire to grow your career within a reputable team
