Standout opportunity for a talented structural engineer to join a respected and forward-thinking Oxford consultancy.

Based in the heart of the city, this role offers exposure to an impressive mix of projects, from finely crafted residential schemes and sensitive heritage refurbishments to large-scale, technically complex developments.

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects, working closely with architects, clients and contractors in a collaborative studio environment. The practice encourages engineers to broaden their experience across multiple sectors, supported by clear progression routes and close mentorship from senior staff.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' structural engineering experience, strong technical skills and confidence managing projects from concept through construction. Experience across a range of materials and an interest in sustainable, low-carbon design are essential. Candidates will be chartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructE.
