We are recruiting a front of house Receptionist to support a business in Cradley Heath.
The role of Admin Assistant will contribute to the everyday running of a busy office. The ideal candidate should be organised, efficient and possess excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
Accountable for contributing to everyday operations, that can include:
Front of House duties; greeting clients / answering the telephone / taking meeting minutes
Dealing with incoming & outgoing post; both electronic & real
Filing; both electronic & real
Typing
Archiving & document management
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role
Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
Must be able to work in a team, and on own initiative
Ability to multitask
