As a Final Assembly Technician, you’ll be involved in the full build process — from initial assembly to final finishing — ensuring each product meets precise specifications and quality standards. You’ll also support factory testing and help prepare products for shipment.

Assembly Fitter responsibilities:

* Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications

* Perform quality checks throughout the build process to ensure compliance with standards

* Conduct final finishing and adjustments to ensure optimal product performance

* Participate in factory acceptance testing and document results

* Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Skills & experience required:

* A reliable team player with strong attention to detail

* Confidence in assembling mechanical products following technical drawings and instructions

* A proactive mindset and a “can-do” attitude

* Effective problem-solving skills
