Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative

Location: Central London

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team. You will carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across various properties, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake multi-trade repair and maintenance work including (but not limited to):
Carpentry and joinery
Plumbing
Painting and decorating
Minor electrical repairs
Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.About You

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar role.
Qualified or time-served in at least one core trade (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided).
Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
