We're searching for a passionate, committed 1:1 Tutor to support learners throughout Key Stage 3 delivering personalised tuition across core subjects and the wider national curriculum. This is a chance to make a genuine difference helping students grow in confidence, close learning gaps, and reach their full potential.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you'll create tailored, engaging sessions that meet each learner exactly where they are. Because many students require additional support, applicants must have a strong background and understanding of SEN, along with the creativity and patience to adapt their approach.

Position Details

Location: Crosby

Role: 1:1 Tutor

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Dependent on each student

End date: Ongoing

Contract type: Temporary

Hours: Part-time or full-time depending on availability

Rate: From £25 to £30 per hour

Session length: 1-3 hours per session

Experience, Training and Qualifications

QTS or equivalent

Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but not essential)

UK classroom teaching experience

A creative, patient approach and willingness to think outside the box

Eligibility Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
