Nursery Manager Required - Join an Incredible Nursery ASAP

We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join an incredible nursery on an immediate basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and care.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team, while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and learning outcomes for every child.

About the role:

Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery

Leading, supporting, and developing a team of practitioners

Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals

Maintaining high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role

A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

A passion for delivering high-quality early years provision

Confident in managing staff, ratios, and operational standards
