Duties
Maintenance of Social Housing as part of the wider maintenance team.
Dealing with planned and reactive works
Working in tenanted properties as well as voids
  
Person Specification
Must be a qualified Plumber
Must hold full UK Drivers License
Previous experience in social housing works
