Are you a proactive Site Engineer looking for your next challenge in the North East of Scotland? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join a well-established civil engineering contractor, supporting the delivery of multiple housing infrastructure projects across the Aberdeen area.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the delivery of housing infrastructure works, managing the setting out across several active sites. Working closely with the site management and engineering teams, you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with programme and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting out for roads, drainage, foundations, and associated infrastructure
Interpreting and working from construction drawings and plans
Carrying out site surveys and keeping detailed records
Working with subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure quality and accuracy
Supporting the Site and Project Managers in delivering projects to programme
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
What You’ll Bring
HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
Proven experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally on housing or infrastructure projects
Proficient with setting out equipment (e.g. Total Station, GPS)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage workload across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence
