My client is a large residential developer who are involved in a multi-phased project in Oxfordshire. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to be the eyes and ears out on site, managing subcontractors and monitoring health and safety.
Details of the role are as follows:
* Reporting into a PM, there is also another Site Manager on the scheme
* 70 traditional build houses at varying stages across two phases
* Minimum of three months work but probably longer
* £(Apply online only) per day CIS dependent on experience
* Starts Monday 23rd June 2025.
