1:1 SEN Support Assistants - Barking & Dagenham

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for experienced 1:1 SEN Support Assistants to work with pupils who require personalised support across a range of educational settings in Barking & Dagenham. These pupils may have autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Role Details:

Providing tailored 1:1 support based on a pupil's EHCP
Helping to manage sensory, emotional, and academic needs
Tracking progress and adjusting strategies in collaboration with SEN teams
Offering encouragement, patience, and structure every dayWhat We're Looking For:

Candidates with experience delivering targeted SEN support
Strong relationship-building and behaviour management skills
