BDC is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our office in Stanningley, Leeds. This role is all about driving growth for our partners across transport, logistics and warehousing. We’re looking for someone who already knows the industry, understands the challenges, and has the network and confidence to open doors and build relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing new business opportunities across transport, logistics and warehousing
* Representing BDC and our partners with regular client meetings, pitches, and sales activity
* Building and managing long-term relationships with key decision makers
* Working from our Leeds office initially, with the expectation of frequent client visits
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record in business development or sales within transport, logistics, or warehousing
* Strong network and contacts within the sector
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and negotiating at all levels
* Proactive, professional, and driven to deliver results
