Empowering Learning is working closely with a group of secondary, primary and send schools in Bristol which caters for a wide range of pupils and age groups.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistants will have.

Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Knowledge and experience of behaviour management and restorative strategies
Experienced and comfortable with children
Having a driving licence is desirable for this roleWhat we offer
