Teaching Assistant - Year 2 | Battersea | September Start

Reeson Education is working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Battersea that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support their Year 2 class from September 2025.

The Role:

Full-time position supporting the class teacher and pupils in Year 2

Assisting with group work, phonics, reading, and differentiated learning

Providing one-to-one support where needed

Helping to create a positive, stimulating learning environment

What the School is Looking For:

A passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant

Previous experience in KS1 (desirable but not essential)

A patient, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills

Someone who is proactive, flexible and a great team player
