Sustainability Engineer - Birmingham

My client is a growing building services consultancy who have strong MEP knowledge and services that they provide to various clients across a range of sectors. They are currently on the lookout for an Energy Consultant to join and help grow their new offices in Birmingham.

Role responsibilities include:

Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiencyRequirements for this role will include:

NDEA Level 4 accreditation with Level 5 being desirable
Relevant experience within a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor or sustainability engineering role
IES-VE and Design Builder software experience is essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Full UK Driving LicenseBenefits of the role include:
