Job Title: Workshop Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
Location: Petworth

The Workshop Manager role primarily focuses on:

Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility
Ensure a comprehensive hand over and coordination across shifts.
You’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising and managing a team of engineers and support staff
Ensure smooth running of the workshopThe successful Workshop Manager must have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Engineering background
Knowledge of employment, safety, and Environmental legislation.
A professional qualification would be desirable or equivalent company recognised qualification.The role will require the successful candidate to attend regular face to face review meetings, so a professional manner, can-do attitude and good communication skills are a must.
