A well-established estate agency in Abbey Wood is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, customer service, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
* Conduct regular property management inspections and report on the condition of properties.
* Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing queries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance works, liaising with contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in property management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
* Proficiency in property management software.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing issues.
Personal Attributes:
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
