This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business delivering quality construction projects across Ipswich and Suffolk. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, supported by an experienced team, and given genuine scope to progress your career — all while working on local projects with minimal travel.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets

*

Managing project costs, valuations, and variations

*

Producing accurate cost reports and cash flow forecasts

*

Managing commercial risk and maximising project value

About You

You’ll be a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of their work and being part of a collaborative team.

*

Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction

*

Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

Full UK driving licence
