what you will need for the Internal sales executive role.

work as part of the sales team

produce customer quotations for all products

ensure that customer enquires are acknowledge

identify and capture customer requirements

update the company database

answer the phone in a timely manner

use customer information to seek out new sales opportunities

up sale other company products check all purchase orders and delivery notes against sales orders

good communication skill and good computer skills
