Konnect are looking for two experienced site managers to work on prestigious historic building projects across London and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering works on some of the UK’s most sensitive and high-profile heritage assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of historic and heritage building projects

*

Managing trades, subcontractors, and site logistics in sensitive environments

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to a high technical standard

*

Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

*

Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role

*

Proven experience working on historic or heritage buildings

*

CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

*

Comfortable managing the unique challenges associated with live and high-profile heritage sites

*

Eligible for MI5 security clearance (fast-tracked for candidates with the right background)
