What you'll do

Deliver family‑led, strengths‑based interventions under Child in Need, Child Protection, and care proceedings
Lead multi‑agency work and strategy discussions, applying clear thresholds (Section 17/47) and robust risk assessments
Produce timely, child‑centred analysis and high‑quality recording that drives safe, proportionate outcomes

What you'll bring

Qualified Social Worker, SWE registered, ASYE completed
Confident practice across statutory settings; professional curiosity, strong safeguarding and risk analysis
Excellent communication, partnership working, and court‑standard written skills
