What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing all reactive and planned maintenance activities

Handling lighting systems, minor AC works, and general M&E support

Ordering parts, raising and delivering on additional works

*

Maintaining exceptional standards across a single-man site

*

Participating in a call-out rota (with support from a wider team)
