About The Role:

As the Year 3/4 Class Teacher, you will:

* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

* Create a supportive, stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and events.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.

* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally across mixed-age groups.

* Demonstrates a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

* Is reflective, resilient, and committed to continuous professional development.

* Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
