Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's growing team. This is a mobile role, covering a range of commercial client sites across the South West.

You'll play a vital role in delivering both PPM's and reactive repairs, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of air conditioning systems for a broad portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs.

Deliver work in line with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.

Maintain accurate digital service reports and records.

Communicate effectively with clients on-site and coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and support.

Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).

Valid F-Gas (Category 1) certification.

Proven experience in commercial HVAC servicing and maintenance.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Full, clean UK driving licence.

Based in or willing to travel throughout the Midlands.
