This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead and develop the Computer Science curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5.

About the Role:

Lead and manage the Computer Science department, overseeing curriculum development and delivery from KS3 to KS5.

Inspire students through innovative and creative teaching methods focused on coding, computational thinking, digital literacy, and problem-solving.

Who We’re Looking For:

*

A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with experience teaching Computer Science across KS3, KS4, and KS5.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a department.

*

Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a commitment to advancing digital learning.

*

Experience welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with leadership potential and experienced leaders.

Salary:

This Head of Computer Science position is paid to scale (MPS/UPS) according to experience, with the applicable TLR allowance.
