Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school's behaviour policy
Monitor and assess pupil progress, giving regular feedback to pupils and parents
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
