We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end execution of a major identity and authentication modernisation programme. This role will drive delivery across Microsoft Verified ID, Onfido, MFA and broader IDV transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery across Microsoft Verified ID, Onfido, MFA and IDV modernisation workstreams.
Manage scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder alignment across CISO, Engineering and Helpdesk functions.
Govern the Proof of Concept lifecycle, including execution oversight, documentation, success‑criteria assessment, decision recording and executive socialisation.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, UX and Security.
Ensure all delivery outcomes align with Strategic003.1.1 and Strategic003.1.2 requirements.
Provide clear progress reporting, RAID management and release governance.Essential Experience & Qualifications

Proven track record of delivering security or identity transformation projects at enterprise scale.
Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
Strong delivery governance capability, including RAID management, reporting and dependency management.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across onshore/offshore models (UK and India).
Delivery experience with authentication, MFA, SSPR or IDV programmes.
Familiarity with POC/MVP delivery cycles and agile or hybrid delivery models.
Relevant project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent).Desirable Experience

Exposure to Microsoft Entra, Verified ID or similar decentralised identity services.
Understanding of biometric verification vendors, such as Onfido or Yoti.
