About the Role:

Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure lessons run smoothly.
Encourage positive behaviour and maintain classroom control.
Build confidence and experience in a supportive school environment.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, sports coaching).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence managing groups of students.
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
