At Reed, we do more than fill vacancies - we transform lives through meaningful work. We're now looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head up multiple desks in our Brighton office.

Location: Brighton (Hybrid - 4 days in the office expected and 1 day working from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + car allowance + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead from the front - inspire and support your team to win business and deliver exceptional placements
Own your division - full P&L responsibility and the freedom to shape your strategy
Drive performance - set meaningful KPIs that focus on quality, not just call volume
Grow the business - lead client acquisition and expand our footprint in the finance market
Maximise revenue - across temp, contract, and perm recruitment
