YTN Recruitment is a specialist rec2rec consultancy and we're delighted to be working with a well-established recruitment firm in Belfast to find a driven Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to take on an exciting industrial desk.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opening for an experienced recruiter to join a thriving team with a solid client base already in place. You'll have the autonomy to develop your desk further while being supported by a leadership team that understands what good recruiters need to perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating a 360° recruitment desk across the industrial sector, you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across roles such as warehouse operatives, production staff, logistics personnel, skilled trades, and more. You'll manage relationships with both clients and candidates from initial brief through to successful placement, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For

We're looking to speak with recruiters who have a minimum of 4 years' experience within a recruitment consultancy environment, with a background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or volume recruitment. You'll be target-driven, resilient, and passionate about delivering results for your clients and candidates alike.
