What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing up to 5 complex case referrals per day
- Conducting fitness for work assessments
- Overseeing health surveillance activities
- Promoting wellbeing initiatives and building a positive health culture
- Working closely with HR and line managers on Occupational Health matters
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Part 3 NMC Registered (Essential)
- Strong experience in case management and health surveillance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for employee health and wellbeing
