Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? NJR Recruitment is working on behalf of a highly regarded and professional financial planning firm in Leeds who are looking to grow their support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-focused administrator who wants to join a relaxed but professional team

The Role:

As part of the administration team, you will provide vital support to financial advisers, ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service. Responsibilities include:

* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection

* Preparing valuations, client review packs and documentation ahead of meetings

* Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems

* Liaising with product providers and clients to chase outstanding information

* Supporting advisers with technical administration, with the opportunity to move into suitability report writing

About You:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Previous experience in an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management firm (essential)

* Strong understanding of financial products, including pensions and investments

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach

* Ambition to progress towards suitability report writing and developing technical knowledge would be a benefit
