You’ll be driving the development of innovative technology used in regulated environments. 

Responsibilities:

Leading full‑lifecycle NPD projects from concept to launch

Managing budgets, timelines and risks on high‑value programmes

Coordinating multi‑disciplinary engineering teams

Acting as the key stakeholder interface

Ensuring documentation and compliance meet regulated industry standards

Candidate Profile:

Engineering degree (or equivalent)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing complex NPD projects

Strong communicator who can lead teams and influence stakeholders

Confidently managing cradle‑to‑grave delivery

Experience in regulated environments 

Solid engineering background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams

Solid planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills
