As a Resident Host, you'll look after 120+ beautifully designed BTR units where understated luxury meets the creative energy of East London. You’ll manage resident enquiries, handle parcels, conduct viewings, and deliver a exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s values and community ethos.
Your Responsibilities:
* Greet residents, guests, and delivery partners with a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Manage resident equerries and maintenance requests.
* Assist with leasing activities by registering leads and conducting viewings.
* Plan and promote regular resident events to foster community engagement.
* Monitor communal spaces for health, safety, and presentation standards.
Your Requirements:
* Experience in BTR, PBSA, co‑living, hospitality, or customer service roles.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with genuine passion for people and community.
* Energetic, proactive, and adaptable - confident in handling a wide range of resident needs.
* Comfortable conducting property viewings and engaging potential residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
